Frank Frazetta, the youngest and only male of four children, has been an art prodigy since he was very young. Throughout the years, he has been a prolific artist, undertaking projects ranging from comic books to motion pictures. The following is a brief listing of some of his projects. Comics: "Li'l Abner", "The Shining Knight" in Adventure Comics, "White Indian" in Durango Kid, "John Wayne" in John Wayne Comics; Covers: Heroic Comics, Famous Funnies Comics: "Buck Rogers", Bobby Benson's B-Bar-B Riders, Ghost Rider, Straight Arrow, Mad Magazine: back cover painting of Ringo Starr, Warren Creepy, Eerie and Vampirella covers, the Conan paperback covers, Heavy Metal Magazine. He has also designed artwork for his own film, "Fire & Ice", and Glen Danzig's Death Dealer comics. |
